Adult Dependent Relative
(ADR) Visa Overview

Since mid-2021, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has tightened the assessment of Adult Dependent Relative (ADR) cases. Many elderly applicants without BN(O) status were questioned and refused, with some asked to provide explanations within 10 days, or risk decisions based only on initial submissions.
Even with cohabitation proof, dependency documents, and medical records, applicants were often required to submit further evidence.
With years of experience in UK immigration, our team has a strong record in appeals and complex ADR cases, successfully helping families reunite in the UK.
